So, I did the next step with my walnut brandy cordial and tucked it away for another month. It smells heavenly! I'm really looking forward to being able to sample it.
My cinnamon bam tastes quite cinnamonny! And it is a beautiful color! I think I'll let it sit for a bit and then decant it into yet another clean container. It's a tad cloudy.
Otherwise, life is life. I have a job at least through July so I was told today. So whatever Gov. Janet did with the state budget, didn't quite screw me over.
*yawn* Sleepy. Off to bed.
