I couldn't sleep last night. So I called in and slept this morning. Still, I did get my 8 hrs in at work. *sigh* Hope I can sleep tonight.
Tomorrow would have been my mom's 63rd birthday. I think about her all the time. I'm glad to have reconnected with my brother. It's good to have some family by birth. I still stay away from all the toxic ones though.
I miss the family by choice that are far away.
