Went to the doc today. Well, he's a NP and he's a hoot. Great guy.
Anyway. Carpal tunnel. Yay me. And my bp was way elevated. So, I'm going to monitor it over the next two weeks with my handy dandy home bp machine. Then I'm going back and share the results. and get my bloodwork results back. And see if the splint and anti-inflammatories and icing and exercises help with my wrists.
