Owie! I did an workout a couple of days ago that focused on the abs.

I didn't hurt yesterday. Yesterday I did a nice stretching exercise.

Today I woke up and went "ow!" because my abs hurt. I can feel different sets depending on which way I move so I know I did a pretty thorough workout.

Maybe I'll try some yoga tonight.

Oh, and I bought a new pair of jeans one size smaller and they fit beautifully!
