Take steel cut oats, toast them in a little butter in a pot, add boiling water, let simmer for 20 min or so, add buttermilk and milk, let simmer for another 10 min. Serve with a sprinkling of brown sugar, cinnamon and maybe some chopped nuts. mmmmmmmmm. And it's good for your heart!
